In 2009, life partners Scott and Maria moved to Greenfield with their two tots and started John Doe Junior Used Records, named in homage to sibling Dan Bunny’s John Doe Record Shoppppe in Hudson, NY. We rebranded as Greenfield Records in 2023 to celebrate the town we love, an enclave of live music (including shows at our store), restaurants and culture in the “Happy Valley” of Western Massachusetts. We pride ourselves in offering good condition, clean, curated reasonably priced vintage records, CDs and books.
